1969 Founded by Nissho Iwai Corporation (currently Sojitz Corporation).
1985 Established NISSHO ELECTRONICS (U.S.A.) CORPORATION in the United States of America. Established as Nichimen Computer Systems Corporation by Nichimen Corporation (currently Sojitz Corporation)
1991 Developed and began sales of electronic record keeping systems (COOD). Merged with Nichimen Telecom Services Corporation.
1996 Began sales of BPM and Image Workflow Tools.
1999 Began sales of Internet backbone routers.
2000 Established Japan's first IP telephone company FUSION COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION (currently Rakuten Communications Corporation). Merged with Nichimen IT Solution Corporation.
2001 Launched lunch delivery order web management system.
2002 Began sales of virtualized storage systems.
2003 Established IPCity Corporation (currently NBI Corporation). Participated in "GRANDIT" consortium.
2004 Renamed as Sojitz Systems Corporation.
2007 Began sales of a transport platform for metro/mid-distance travel.
2008 Opened the NETFrontier Center(now STech I Pier One).
2009 Entered the cloud computing market.
2011 Established NISSHO ELECTRONICS VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED in Vietnam.
Established J Network Initiative, Inc. together with Juniper Networks, Inc.
2012 Began sales of a Hyper Converged Infrastructure.
2014 Entered the cyber-security market.
2018 NISSHO ELECTRONICS CORPORATION and Sojitz Systems Corporation merged.
Entered the Robotic Process Automation market.
Launched new service brand "Nissho Cross Platform".
2019 50th anniversary of the founding
2020 Launched the application brand "Natic".
2021 Entered into a capital and business alliance with IT Innovation, Inc. (making it an equity-method affiliate)
